When the box is listed as pre-sale it means it is available for purchase now but will be dispatched at a later date as outlined in the product description. We only have a certain amount of boxes so pre-sale is recommended!
When does my order ship?
Our boxes are all sold as pre order and then made to order. You can order according to the number of children and elves you have in your family. Shipping commences from late October. We ship in order of order received and recommend choosing Express Post for prompt delivery
What is included in the box?
Inside your Elf Survival Box is 24 days of fun, interactive set ups for your Christmas Elf. We provide all the props you need plus a small wooden easel and daily card for each set up. All of our set ups are detailed in an easy to follow photographic instructional book. We aim to provide a complete new box each year.
How does it work each night?
All you need to do is choose which scene you would like to set up from our photographic book, select the props that go with that scene and set it up before you go to bed. Our elf set ups are simple and easy and your kids will be so excited in the morning!
How do I know which props to use with which day?
All of our boxes include a photographic book detailing each individual set up for your elf. The items are easy to find in the box.
Do I have to follow the order of the book?
No, we have kept it fully flexible so you can choose the order you follow. You can follow along on our Instagram to see how other customers are using their boxes too.
What if I forget to move my elf?
It does happen from time to time! December is such a busy month for parents! We do have an extra daily card you can quickly pop in place.
How long until my order arrives?
We recommended choosing EXPRESS POST and checking the Australia Post website for details on estimated shipping time between us (Claremont, Australia 6010) and you!
How much is shipping?
Shipping amounts will be confirmed at checkout. Depending on whether you select Express, Regular or are located in NZ and require international post.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! You can choose express shipping via Australia Post at check out. We recommend choosing Express Post as the network does experience congestion in festive season.
Do you offer “local pickup?
Yes we do! Once you have added your products to the cart, choose ‘local pickup' and you can pick up your order from our Claremont warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. If you need more information please contact us at hello@elfsurvivalbox.com.au
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
All of our shipping is handled by Australia Post. If your order has not arrived in a timely manner please contact us and also lodge a query with Australia Post as soon as possible. Once your order has been received by Australia Posts it is out of our control. If you do need to lodge a claim, please let us know if you require any further information.
Who do you use to process payments?
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. As part of PayPal you can also use PayPal pay in 4.
